Could be, you know the cycle you’re in and are just wanting a tune up.
Might be there’s something fucking with your gearbox but the cause is unknown.
Whatever is going on can be addressed in this space.
You will leave the call feeling significantly different.
Shortly afterwards you’ll receive a Personal Blend that will continue to shift and sustain your vibration.

I’ve worked in Film across multiple departments for 15 years. I’ve made my own work on micro budgets and crewed on a £200mill feature. I’ve produced Visual Art, worked in Commercial Casting - been Freelance my whole professional life.
Pit Stop is the call that I wish had been available to me.
A coaching session that recognises the importance of meeting the deadline,
while still caring about the emotional shape you’re in when you meet it.
I know from experience; if you prioritise output over everything, you burnout.
If you never leave your comfort zone, you make ‘safe’ work.
For me, honouring both these truths has been possible since I started working with Flower Essences.
Flower Essences are a vibrational remedy. You work with them to rebalance emotional issues.
This could be anything from deep seated shame to establishing more resilience.
When you work with Flower Essences, you are, to some degree, embracing the mystery.
They are Yin Energy. The Blackness. That which cannot be measured.
They are an opportunity to let Nature be your guide.

Based on the ground we cover on the call,
a Personal Blend will be mixed for you.
It will include 6-8 Flower Essences, chosen to fuel your onward movement.
Your blend comes as a 30ml bottle which lasts 6 - 8 weeks.
Portia is trained across 4 extensive and well established ranges;
Bach, Bush, FFE/Nature Spirits & Saskia’s Flower Essences.
All of these become available to you at the Pit Stop.
Flower Essences are made with alcohol as a stabiliser/base.
They are safe to take alongside medication.
Blends can be mixed with vinegar or vegetable glycerine as an alternative base.
A trace of alcohol will still be present.

nothing is too unusual
to be expressed.
Look at the flowers,
a lot of them are strange, strange, strange -
and they blossom without apology.

The call is 60 minutes. Sometimes we go over by 5 - 10 minutes.

Yes, a form to collect relevant information has been designed specifically for the Pit Stop Call, to direct the focus of the session with care.

Once you press ‘Select & Continue’ on a timeslot in the booking calendar the form will appear (i.e. before checkout)

Yes! The fee is slightly higher for international clients to accommodate for postage costs. (Brexit did us no favours)

No. It’s an actual phone call. Just voices.

Also, no. I find this focuses the call and encourages both of us to show up in full presence. Some clients like to be prepared with a note taking device.

Absolutely. Some of our clients like to work with their blend for an extended period of time. A bottle of a repeat blend costs £22 plus postage

Sure! We can make big leaps without the essences. There will be a discount on rate if you don’t require a blend.

48 hrs+ if you change your mind about Pit Stop, or are unable to attend the call, you will receive a full refund.
Less notice than 48hrs will incur a 50% cancellation/reschedule fee.
Once I convinced someone to quit her full time job and follow her dream by accident.
I don’t know exactly what I said to her, but I know that she sacked off being an estate agent and wrote her book of essays instead.
This happened because (I think) it’s natural for us to create, to pursue our artistic ambitions - and honestly - I cannot help but cheerlead anyone who is doing it.
